We recently went through our member base and asked what they want. The answer?
Our members want investment grade properties; domain names with revenues as well as type-in traffic. Our members not only want these items, they CRAVE them. If you list, most likely they will sell, and sell well.

On July 8th 2009 we released the multiple auction format on
Bido. Today, approximately 10 months later,
we’re just about to pass the 4,000 transaction mark, and really are just scratching the surface. As inventory continues to grow daily, Bido will continue and help sellers move more and more inventory, at the time they need to sell.
Our sales ratio, in relation to our volume,
is by far the best in the industry.
And what does it all mean to you? You can sit on the sidelines and watch others make money, or you can jump in and start making money on what people buy. Bido is so dynamic that you can literally see what sells today, register domains the same day, upload domains the same day, and sell the day after. Rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat.

This post was sent to me earlier and as I knew this long before we started to build Bido, now others are noticing as well. The post goes into describing Bido and what/how we do it and ends with the following conclusion:
I know I titled this blog post “Bido vs. Sedo,” but, for my use case at least, there is no comparison. Bido works, Sedo doesn’t.
You should draw your own conclusion of course, and go with what works for you. Bido is constantly evolving. Unlike most other auction houses, Bido has never been about us, it’s about the community, the industry, and its participants.
